In the states, pumpkins and the fall season are commonly associated together. They are harvested during this time of the year, making it an excellent time to try out various pumpkin recipes.

It is a smoothie that is often made with delicious blends of fall spices. We often associate pumpkin drinks with coffee, lattes, and smoothies but not juice.
Pumpkin juice is a nice alternative to a pumpkin smoothie. This juice has a delightful blend of spices and pumpkin flavor, which makes this pumpkin drink worth trying this season. Pumpkin juice is a perfect juice for the fall.

Pumpkin juice can be found at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. This is also a simple drink that can be recreated at home. Pumpkin juice is a combination of apple cider, pumpkin puree, fall spices, and brown sugar. The ingredients for this juice can be alternated to one's preference.
Apple Cider & Apple Juice
This juice can be made with apple cider or apple juice. I initially made this pumpkin juice with apple juice, then with apple cider. Though both apple-flavored juices were similar for this drink, there were a few subtle differences.
The colors of the juices are relatively the same, though pumpkin juice made with apple cider was a bit darker with a hint of a cloudy appearance. As far as texture, apple cider has a bit of a thicker texture compared to apple juice, which has a thinner and smoother texture. When it comes to taste and flavor, apple cider has a sweet, sharp apple flavor, while apple juice has a mild and sweet flavor.
For pumpkin juice, I personally would prefer apple cider. The blend of the texture and flavor of apple cider for this juice recipe was a delightful fall juice option for pumpkin juice.

For longer storage, add the pumpkin juice to an airtight container or freezer bags. This juice can be enjoyed after being frozen; just thaw it in the refrigerator after removing it from the freezer.
