Ingredients
½ cup shrimp
4 pickled jalapeño peppers
½ cup cilantro
½ cup red onion
4 tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ lemon (lemon juice)
1 lime (lime juice)
2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
Cut the ingredients. Cut the shrimp, jalapeños, cilantro, onion, and tomatoes.
Lemon & lime. Squeeze the lemon and lime for fresh juice.
Bowl. In a bowl, add the cut shrimp and vegetable ingredients, then add the lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix all the ingredients, then refrigerate the salad.
