Corn Juice

Corn juice is a unique and refreshing summer drink. Freshly blended corn juice is a naturally sweet refreshment to enjoy in the summer.

Corn drinks are common in Central America and South America, such as atole de elote (a hot corn drink). It is also found in Asia, like corn milk, a classic Chinese drink. Corn juice is a juice extracted from fresh corn. It can be mixed with milk, if desired, or enjoyed plain. The corn can be cooked prior to blending, or simply remove the kernels from the fresh corn and blend.

Fresh corn is best for making corn juice. Opt for fresh corn. Corn is abundant and can be found in supermarkets during the corn season.
