I used fresh produce from my local supermarket. English cucumbers are a good option. Cherry tomato is another option if grape tomatoes are not available. Any type of bell pepper will work. Cut
Peel and slice the cucumber. Cut a thin slice of the
yellow pepper. Then cut small pieces of the yellow pepper. For the tomato cut
into four wedges without cutting deep down, creating a flower shape.
Dish
On a dish place the cucumbers around the dish. Also add
the grape tomatoes between the cucumber slices. Add the wedges of tomato in the
middle of the dish then add the thin slice of yellow pepper around the wedges
of tomato. Then add the pieces of the yellow pepper around the dish.
