filled with egg yolk mixture, then topped with a variety of veggies. For

Eggs: white eggs
Mayonnaise: real mayonnaise; any brand of mayonnaise
Cucumber: mini cucumber; alternative English cucumber
Green onion: fresh green onion
Tomato: Roma tomato; alternative any fresh red tomato
Spinach: baby spinach; alternative fresh spinach
Olives: green olives; alternative black olives
Ingredients
8 eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 mini cucumber
½ cup green onion
1 plum tomato
½ cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup spinach
½ cup olives
Instructions
Cut the following ingredients:
plum tomato into wedges
cherry tomatoes into wedges
green onion small pieces
olives into small pieces
Eggs
Boil the eggs. Let it cool then peel.
Cut the eggs in halves.
Scoop out the yoke.
In a bowl, add and mix the yoke and mayonnaise.
Fill the eggs with the egg yolk mixture.
Egg platter
Add the stuffed eggs to the platter.
Add the cut ingredients onto each stuffed egg.
add the cut cherry tomatoes to the bottom edge of the
eggs.
add the olives to the upper part of the eggs.
add green onion pieces above the olives.
In the middle of the egg platter add the spinach, six slices
of cucumber, in between the cucumber, the tomato wedges and olives, in between
the tomato and cucumber.
