Potatoes: red and yellow baby potatoes; alternative any small potatoes
Water: filtered water
Cilantro: fresh cilantro
Garlic: fresh, peeled garlic
Cooking oil: olive oil; alternative avocado oil or sunflower oil
Butter: unsalted butter
Salt: plain salt; alternative fine sea salt
Pepper: ground black pepper

Ingredients

  • 10 baby potatoes
  • 10 cups water
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Cut ingredients. Cut the cilantro and garlic into small pieces.

Baby potatoes. In a pot, add the water. Once the water has boiled, add the baby potatoes. Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain the potatoes.

Combine ingredients. Add the olive oil, butter, cilantro, garlic, salt, and black pepper to the boiled baby potatoes. Gently combine all the ingredients.
