produce. Many supermarkets offer fresh produce as well. All the fresh produce
ingredients in this salad were purchased from my local supermarket.

Fruits and vegetables Lettuce leaves: fresh lettuce; alternative: cabbage leaves Pickles: kosher dill, small pickles Cucumber: English cucumber; alternatives: Persian
cucumbers, garden cucumbers, or mini cucumbers. Tomato: Roma tomato; alternatives: grape or cherry
tomatoes. Lime: any type of lime. alternative: lemon or light salad
dressing. Dairy Eggs: white eggs Feta cheese: block feta cheese (any brand of block feta
cheese)
Ingredients
5 green lettuce leaves
3 pickles
1 cucumber
1 tomato
2 eggs
half-block feta cheese
Instructions
Eggs. Boil the eggs. Once boiled, let the eggs cool. Peel the
eggs. Cut the eggs into wedges. Tip: Add the eggs to a bowl with ice. This will help cool the eggs faster.
Cut the fruits and vegetables. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Cut the tomato and lime into wedges. Cut the feta cheese into square pieces. Pickles can be cut, if desired, or placed on the dish as
is.
Dish. Place the lettuce leaves on the dish. Add the remaining ingredients on top and around the lettuce leaves, as shown in the picture.
Dressing. Squeeze lime over the salad or opt for a light salad
dressing. Add any extra seasoning if desired.
